To remove old grip, and install new grip, per Benelli customer service:
Cut the old one off since it’s no good. Put the new one in boiling hot water to make it pliable. Put some oil or light grease on the plastic, shake the water out of the grip and slide the grip on while it’s hot and then just let it cool.
