How to Order from FFT for California Deliveries

Common question:  ARE YOU SHIPPING TO CALIFORNIA?

The answer is yes, we are.  However, read below about how to do it and what your options are.

As of 01.01.2026, due to California AB 1263, FFT can no longer ship ANY part on this site directly to a consumer without proof of identification and a declaration of lawful intent.  There are other options, too.  See below for details.

1.  Provide FFT Your Driver's License Along with The Following Declaration:  The easiest way to get your order fulfilled is to send us a clear scan in .jpg or .pdf format to todd@freedomfightertactical.com along with this declaration of lawful intent:

I confirm that I am placing an order with Freedom Fighter Tactical in compliance with California AB 1263 and any applicable laws associated with California AB 1263.  I also confirm that I am legally eligible to purchase and possess firearm-related goods and items.  Finally, I certify that anything I purchase from Freedom Fighter Tactical will be used only for lawful purposes.

Signed:  Your Name

NOTE:  This option can only be used if your shipping address and the address on your government issued ID match.

2.  Ship directly to your FFL.  Arrange for your FFL to send us their FFL certificate at todd@freedomfightertactical.com.  Then, simply use your local FFL's address as the delivery address.  Be sure to include the business address and suite number of your FFL in the shipping address.  Packages that have insufficent addresses of your FFL and are ultimetely misdelivered or lost are the responsibility of the customer.   NOTE:  Your FFL must email us their FFL credentials or we will not ship to your FFL.  Send to:  todd@freedomfightertactical.com

3.  Have your FFL place the order for you.  Simply work out an arrangement where your FFL places the order and takes delivery on your behalf.  The FFL must email us their FFL credentials to todd@freedomfightertactical.com

4.  Ship to an address outside of California.  You can order in the state and ship to an address out of state.  How you take receipt and bring it into the state is your business.

Local Pickup of Goods:  Oftentimes locals as if they can just pick up their products from me.  The answer is no, I do not offer that as a service or workaround under any circumstances.

If you choose to order the item yourself, and have it shipped to your gun dealer, please fill out the SHIPPING portion of the order in this fashion:

First line - gun store name:  ACME Gun Store

Second line - name of agent at gun store working with you:  c/o JOE ACME - FFL

Third Line - regarding Customer Name:  in re:  John Doe (your name here)

Fourth Line - gun store address:  1234 JOE ACME DRIVE

Fifth Line - city, state and zip:  Los Angeles, CA 90210

So it should appear like this:

ACME Gun Store

c/o JOE ACME - FFL

in re:  Customer Name

1234 JOE ACME DRIVE

Los Angeles, CA 92602

Any deviation from the three methods above will result in your order being canceled without notice.

Thanks to the State of California, we're dealing with yet another bullshit law.  Hopefully, you'll continue to enjoy your rights as best as you can, continue building your guns, and continuing to support your local, California-based gun parts manufacturers, gun retailers, gunsmiths, and anyone else associated with our enjoyment of the Second Amendment.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact FFT at 949.469.9220 by phone, or preferably text.
