FFT Policies to Frequently Asked Questions
Important FFT Policies:
- FREE SHIPPING - Packages over $300 in value ship free and will ship USPS Priority with a Signature Confirmation. Packages under $300 will ship for a flat $13.00 rate, and FFT reserves the right to choose which USPS shipping we use am the package depending on value, size and weight of contents.
- WE SHIP DAILY! (Unless on rare occasion due to travel, vacation, or sickness)
- IS THIS PART IN STOCK? How we manage inventory so you never have to call / email to ask 'Is it in stock?': If you can add the part to your shopping cart, the product is in stock. On very rare occasion if we had a miscount, and when we go to fulfill the order we find the count was off by one, you will be quickly refunded in full and the site will be updated to reflect out of stock. Again, this is very rare.
- CLONE SHOTGUNS: We do not test parts on clones, we do not try parts on clones, and our parts are not guaranteed to work on your clone. If you choose to buy a part for your clone, and it doesn't fit, you own the part - no exceptions.
- OLD H+K SHOTGUNS, SUPER BLACK EAGLE, AND OTHER BENELLI VARIANTS: We do not sell parts for any of these guns unless the part description explicitly tells you the part is sold for that gun. Any purchase of our parts for any of these firearms, or any firearms that we don't specifically list, that do not fit, are not returnable. We understand that many of these parts will work on your firearm - and many will not - and because we do not focus on these firearms as part of our business model, we do not want the risk of returns or parts not working on these firearms. Feel free to give a part a try, but if it doesn't work for you, you will not be allowed to return it.
- MILITARY / LEO / FIRST RESPONDER DISCOUNTS: While we greatly appreciate your service and dedication to the community we do not at this time offer any special discounting.
- DEALER PRICING OR DEALER PROGRAMS: At this time we do not offer any dealer discounting, special dealer pricing, and we have no dealer programs.
- SHIPPING: For security of packages over $100, we only use USPS Priority with a Signature Confirmation on every package. Even small part / inexpensive packages. Please ship to an address where your package can be signed for. All missed deliveries must be picked up at your local post office within 2 weeks of attempted delivery. They will never redeliver, even if the paperwork or online says they will. Unless we are traveling or are out of the office on vacation (both very rare), We ship daily, but we are not equipped to expedite. All shipping charges cover shipping and handling. USA shipping only. We never export.
- LOCAL PICKUP: At this time we do not allow for local pickup. No storefront - online orders only.
- LIFETIME WARRANTY ONLY ON FFT MANUFACTURED PARTS: We stand behind FFT parts only, and allow the manufacturers of other parts we sell to stand behind their parts. Please see their websites for their warranties and guarantees. Lifetime warranty exists for all FFT manufactured parts, but only for original purchasers. Kindly direct all warranty concerns for parts that FFT does not manufacture to the manufacturer of the product.
- RETURNS: Returns allowed up to 14 days after receipt of package by customer. Return must be initiated during this first 14 days, and return must be received to us within 30 days of receipt of package on your end. Returns not allowed once product package is opened, part shows evidence installation, and/or security label or security tape removed for products with a label or security tape. All returns must be in packaging, new, unused, and not tried on the gun, and in their original packaging with all security tape or decals intact along with packaging secure and unopened in any way. No exceptions to the above. A 20% restock fee applies on all returns, and shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns that you send back but that violate our return policy will be rejected, and if buyer would like it back then buyer pays shipping fees within a week of notice of return being rejected. An invoice will be sent electronically for you to cover shipping expenses and shipping occurs after invoice paid. All packages without prior authorization and authorization number printed clearly on front label of package will be rejected at the carrier and returned to you. FFT is not responsible for any lost packages that we are expecting from you.
