Finally there's a American-made collapsible stock option here at FFT.  At this time, this kit is a combination of OEM Benelli and FFT parts, and what is included will depend on availability.  

The part that counts as 922(r) is what Benelli calls the '70088 Telescoping (Collapsible) Stock, Incomplete (referred to below as the 70088), which can be found here, as discontinued by Benelli.  

In this kit, the 70088 FF is an American-made 70088 and is an FFT exclusive.  It is not and will not be sold separately.  Because the 70088 is made in America, it assists with 922(r), AND COUNTS AS ONE PART.  To use this part legally under 922(r), three more 922(r) parts should be added to gain compliance.
